Hanoi:General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam attended a ceremony organized by the Hanoi Party Committee. The event was held on November 4 to award 80-, 75-, and 70-year Party membership badges to 31 members of the municipal Party Organisation.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the municipal Party Organisation includes 28,291 members who have received badges for 30 years or more. Among these members, there are 29 with 80-year badges, eight with 75-year badges, and 45 with 70-year badges.
