Gia Lai Courts German Investors in Energy, Agriculture Push

Gia lai: Vice Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Gia Lai province, Pham Anh Tuan, is currently on an investment promotion trip to Germany from September 15-19. The aim of the visit is to expand business ties and boost cooperation in renewable energy, agriculture, processing, and technology sectors. During the trip, the delegation is engaging in working sessions with key German organizations including the GEO Group, the German Agribusiness Alliance (GAA), and the German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW).

According to Vietnam News Agency, this initiative is part of Gia Lai province's broader strategy to attract foreign investment and foster stronger economic relations between Vietnam and Germany. By targeting sectors such as renewable energy and agriculture, the province aims to tap into Germany's expertise and technologies, thereby enhancing its own economic growth and sustainability efforts. The meetings with organizations like the GEO Group and the GAA are seen as crucial steps in identifying potential areas of collaboration and investment opportunities that can be developed further.
