Hanoi: Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan, and National Assembly Vice Chairman Nguyen Khac Dinh visited and extended Lunar New Year (Tet) wishes to localities and units on January 14.
