Hanoi: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam emphasized that grand national aspirations must be translated into reality through sound vision, well-grounded decisions, and responsible action. Speaking at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, he addressed participants in a thematic presentation entitled 'Strategic Leadership in the New Era: A Hundred-Year Vision - Breakthrough Thinking - Development Facilitation - Execution Governance'. This was part of a refresher course aimed at members of the 14th Party Central Committee.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the course, which is the second of its kind, is organized by the Party Central Committee's Commission for Organisation in collaboration with the academy. It is scheduled to take place from September 14 to 19 and features 95 participants.
