GSB recommends retail investors to subscribe to Vayuphak One investment units through MyMo until 20 Sept. with stable returns of 3-9% per year.

Mr. Vitai Ratanakorn, President of the Government Savings Bank, revealed that the Ministry of Finance has opened the sale of Vayuphak Mutual Fund Units 1 (VAYU1), Type A investment units, to the general public as an investment option and to support the development of the country’s capital market. The investment structure of the VAYU1 Fund has a mechanism to protect stable returns at a rate of not less than 3% per year and not more than 9% per year.

It can also be bought and sold through the Stock Exchange of Thailand, which is different from investing in other general savings bonds. In the past, institutional investors were interested in reserving VAYU1 fund units more than expected. For the general public interested in purchasing VAYU1 fund units, they can apply for the MyMo app service to make securities subscription transactions until September 20, 2024 only.

V
AYU1 Fund has both proactive and defensive investment policies, focusing on investing in equity instruments of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand that have good returns, are stable in the long term, and are sustainable in the business process, taking into account risk management and factors of change in society, the environment, and good governance, creating initial long-term returns of 10 years by opening for the general public to subscribe for investment units of Type A at a price of 10 baht per unit, with a minimum investment of 10,000 baht, and receiving dividends at least twice a year.

The subscribers with the minimum number will be allocated first. However, investors should understand the nature of the product, conditions, returns and risks before deciding to invest. They can study the details before reserving investment units from the prospectus of the VAYU1 fund and the prospectus of the summary of important information of the VAYU1 fund or study more details at the website www.gsb.or
