Hai Phong:Pegatron Vietnam Co., Ltd. and LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd., located in the northern city of Hai Phong, have launched the 'socialist grassroots trade union' model.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the new trade union model aims to represent members and workers, ensuring their legitimate rights and interests are protected. It also involves participating in the development and supervision of workplace policies.

Both trade unions have been active in organizing emulation movements and activities designed to enhance the material and spiritual well-being of workers. Additionally, efforts have been made to strengthen the organizational apparatuses within these trade unions.
