Hanoi Gears Up for 14th National Party Congress with Citywide Cultural-Artistic Events

Hanoi: Ahead of the 14th National Party Congress, Hanoi is implementing a citywide campaign of communications, visual displays, and cultural-artistic events, contributing to creating a joyful atmosphere that resonates widely among the capital's residents. Decoration has been implemented uniformly across 126 communes and wards. Agencies and units began decorating their offices from January 10, while citizens will display national flags from January 15 to 25. Notably, 143 LED screens across the city have been broadcasting content about the 14th National Party Congress since December 25, helping bring this event closer to the public. Besides, a wide range of cultural and artistic activities has been organised across cultural centers, stadiums, parks, and residential areas, with 88 performance programmes scheduled.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the preparations for the Congress have been comprehensive, ensuring that every corner of the city reflects the spirit of the event. The efforts aim to engage the community and foster a sense of unity and pride among the citizens. The widespread use of LED screens is considered a significant step in raising public awareness and participation in the Congress. Furthermore, the extensive schedule of cultural and artistic activities is designed to cater to people of all ages, ensuring inclusivity and widespread participation.
