Hanoi: The Hanoi People’s Committee has put forward a proposal to renovate and improve public spaces surrounding Hoan Kiem Lake. This plan focuses on creating a new square and park area to enhance the locality. The development will span an area of approximately 2.14 hectares, strategically located to the east of Hoan Kiem Lake.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the project site will have its western boundary along the lake itself, with the northern side bordering residential areas. The eastern boundary will run alongside Ly Thai To street, while the southern edge will face Tran Nguyen Han street. This strategic positioning aims to maximize accessibility and integration with existing urban infrastructure.
