Ho Chi Minh City Promotes Friendship, Cooperation with Chinese Localities

Hanoi: Ho Chi Minh City always attaches importance to and actively promotes the expansion of friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation with Chinese localities, said Nguyen Loc Ha, permanent Vice Chairman of the municipal People's Committee, at a ceremony marking the 76th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations (1950-2026) in the city on January 27 evening.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Nguyen Loc Ha emphasized the significance of the longstanding relationship between Vietnam and China, underlining the city's commitment to fostering closer ties with various Chinese regions. The event was attended by representatives from both countries, highlighting the mutual dedication to strengthening diplomatic and economic partnerships.

The ceremony served as a platform for both nations to discuss future cooperation opportunities, aiming to enhance economic growth and cultural exchange. This initiative is part of Ho Chi Minh City's broader strategy to build strong international partnerships and promote regional stability and prosperity.
