Ninh binh: The Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with the People’s Committee of northern Ninh Binh province, held a ground-breaking ceremony in Quy Nhat commune to build houses for families severely affected by Typhoon Bualoi and its aftermath.
According to Vietnam News Agency, this initiative aims to provide shelter and stability for the disadvantaged families who suffered significant losses due to the typhoon.
