Hue: The central city of Hue, the only locality in Vietnam that boasts six UNESCO World Heritages, expects to welcome 7-7.5 million tourist arrivals, earning a total tourism revenue of around 15 trillion VND. This target is far higher than the 2025 figures, when the city welcomed 6.3 million visitors and bagged more than 13 trillion VND in tourism revenue.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Hue's ambitious goals reflect a strategic push to enhance its standing as a premier tourist destination. The increase in tourist numbers is expected to significantly boost the local economy, underscoring the importance of tourism as a key driver of growth in the region.
