International Community Ready to Support Vietnam in Energy Transition, Climate Response

Hanoi: The French and Brazilian Embassies in Hanoi on December 11 jointly held a press conference marking the 10th anniversary of the Paris Agreement on climate change and highlighting the outcomes of the 30th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30), recently concluded in Bel©m, Brazil.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the event emphasized the international community’s commitment to assisting Vietnam in its efforts towards energy transition and climate response. Representatives from both embassies reiterated their countries’ dedication to fostering collaborative initiatives that address the pressing challenges posed by climate change. The conference underscored the significance of global partnerships in achieving sustainable development goals and the importance of adhering to international agreements like the Paris Agreement.
