PM Chinh, serving as Head of the National Steering Committee for International Integration, made this assertion while presiding over the committee's hybrid meeting held in Hanoi on April 3. The session focused on evaluating the institutionalization of key foreign policy orientations established at the 14th National Party Congress, along with the Politburo's Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW concerning international integration in the current context.
