Hanoi:The Ministry of Home Affairs collaborated with UN Women and the Australian Embassy to host an international workshop on October 8, focusing on empowering women within the care economy. This event gathered agencies, organizations, experts, and development partners to exchange experiences and identify major policy issues, while setting priorities for Vietnam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the discussions during the workshop also contributed to the preparations for the 2027 APEC High-Level Policy Dialogue on Women and the Economy.
