JBIC Pledges Continued Support for Vietnam’s Strategic Development Goals

Hanoi: Prime Minister Le Minh Hung received Maeda Tadashi, Governor of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), in Hanoi on July 2. During the meeting, Maeda Tadashi pledged that JBIC will continue to support Vietnam's strategic development goals. Prime Minister Hung expressed his appreciation for Maeda's personal contributions and JBIC's financial support for Japanese-invested projects in Vietnam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting underscored the strong partnership between Vietnam and Japan, with JBIC playing a central role in financing key projects that align with Vietnam's development objectives. The commitment from JBIC is expected to bolster Vietnam's economic landscape, particularly in sectors where Japanese investment is prominent.

Both leaders discussed the importance of sustained collaboration in fostering economic growth and infrastructure development in Vietnam.
