Key Vietnamese Leader Calls for Stronger Cultural Development Measures

Hanoi:Tran Cam Tu, a member of the Politburo and the Standing Member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat, has called for stronger measures to advance cultural development in Vietnam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Tran Cam Tu, who also serves as the Head of the Central Steering Committee for the Development of Vietnamese Culture, emphasized the need for practical solutions to overcome bottlenecks in the sector. He made these remarks during a meeting with the steering committee's standing members in Hanoi. The meeting focused on implementing tasks for the fourth quarter of 2026, particularly the concerted execution of Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW and related Party policies.

Tran Cam Tu's call to action highlights the importance of driving significant changes in the cultural sector, as outlined in the recent Resolution.
