Hanoi: King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Queen of Bhutan will pay a state visit to Vietnam from August 18 to 22. The royal visit is set to strengthen the diplomatic relations between the two nations, focusing on mutual interests and cooperation.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit comes at the invitation of Vietnamese State President Luong Cuong and his spouse. This visit is expected to provide an opportunity for both countries to explore new avenues for collaboration, enhance cultural exchanges, and discuss strategic partnerships in various sectors.
