Hanoi: President of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Lee Jae Myung and his spouse arrived in Hanoi on April 21 afternoon, marking the start of a four-day state visit to Vietnam. The visit is being undertaken at the invitation of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and State President To Lam and his spouse.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit is expected to strengthen the diplomatic relations between the Republic of Korea and Vietnam. Discussions are anticipated to cover a range of topics, including economic cooperation and cultural exchanges.
