Bac Ninh:Politburo member and Standing Member of the Secretariat of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee, Vilay Lakhamphong, visited Bac Ninh province on October 16 as part of a high-ranking delegation from Laos.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Vilay Lakhamphong's visit to Bac Ninh was part of a three-day official visit to Vietnam, conducted at the invitation of his Vietnamese counterpart, Tran Cam Tu.

The visit concluded with Vilay Lakhamphong and his entourage departing from Hanoi in the afternoon.
