Hanoi: National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man has called on the NA Party Committee to operate with greater discipline, closer coordination, sharper strategic advice, and more decisive action, so that the legislature truly serves as the center for institutionalising the Party’s guidelines. The chairman emphasized this during the fifth conference of the NA Party Committee on June 29. He highlighted the importance of the legislature fulfilling its role as the highest organ of State power and as the representative of the people’s will and aspirations.
According to Vietnam News Agency, Tran Thanh Man stressed the need for the committee to continue improving its leadership capacity to meet the increasingly demanding tasks in 2026 and throughout the current tenure. The chairman’s call to action aims to ensure that the NA Party Committee remains steadfast in its responsibilities and effectively aligns with the Party’s overarching guidelines.
