“Lily Nguyen” complains about being faked on Facebook inviting people to gamble.

Lily Nguyen and her lawyer filed a police report after a scammer used her picture and name to create a fake Facebook account, deceiving people and damaging her reputation. About 3-4 fans have been deceived and damaged, losing thousands to tens of thousands of baht.

Lily Nguyen and Ms. Rasami or Lookmee, famous models, along with Ms. Amnuayporn Maneewan or Lawyer Kung, met with Pol. Maj. Gen. Chatchapan Kanya Klueng, Commander of the Technology Crime Investigation Division 1, to file a complaint after scammers used their images and names to create fake Facebook accounts to deceive people and damage their reputations. There were over 50 fake pages in total, some of which were used to promote gambling websites, underground lotteries, insult the monarchy, criticize politics, and edited their images into nude photos. Approximately 3-4 fans have been deceived and damaged, losing thousands to tens of thousands of baht. They also asked scammers not to hurt them, and they confirmed that they would take legal action
to the fullest extent of the law.

Pol. Lt. Col. Chatchapan Kan said that today he will order an investigation to see if the 50 URLs are real or just avatars. If it is found that they are real, they will not be released and will be prosecuted decisively.
