Hanoi: Member of the Politburo and standing member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Vilay Lakhamphong paid a visit to congratulate General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security in Hanoi on January 25 evening on the occasion of the successful 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Vilay Lakhamphong's visit highlighted the strong relations between the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the Communist Party of Vietnam.
