Hanoi: Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister, General Phan Van Giang chaired a welcome ceremony and held talks with Malaysian Minister of Defense Dato Seri Mohamed Khaled bin Nordin in Hanoi on August 6, who is on an official visit to Vietnam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit marks a significant engagement between the defense ministries of Vietnam and Malaysia.
