San Luis Potos­: Mexico’s San Luis Potos­ state aims to establish twinning relations with Vietnam’s southern province of Binh Duong, which could enhance cooperation between the two countries as they celebrate the 50th anniversary of their diplomatic relations.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the announcement was made during a meeting between Vo Van Minh, Chairman of the Binh Duong provincial People’s Committee, and Ricardo Gallardo Cardona, Governor of San Luis Potos­. This meeting was part of Vo Van Minh’s working trip to San Luis Potos­ on March 20-21. His visit was intended to further the policy of elevating Vietnam-Mexico relations to new heights.
