Mi Quang Festival 2026 Celebrates Culinary Heritage in Da Nang

Hanoi: A festival honouring Mi Quang, a staple of the Quang region's cuisine, commenced in Dinh Nai Nam, Da Nang city on August 14. The event is organised by the Da Nang Culinary Culture Association in partnership with the People's Committee of Hoa Cuong Ward and several partner organisations. It aims to celebrate the cultural significance of Mi Quang, enhance Da Nang's culinary reputation, and support the growth of local tourism.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the festival serves not only as a cultural celebration but also as a platform to promote the unique culinary traditions of the Quang region.
