Hanoi:General Luong Tam Quang, who is a Politburo member and the Minister of Public Security, recently had a meeting with Vilay Lakhamphong, a Politburo member and Standing Member of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting took place in Hanoi on October 15.
