Hanoi: General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security, held a meeting with Australian Minister of Foreign Affairs Penny Wong in Hanoi on August 20. The Australian Foreign Minister is on an official visit to Vietnam spanning from August 19 to 21.
