Pol. Gen. Permpoon Chidchob, Minister of Education, presided over the presentation of creative cultural works and soft power to honor His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun on the occasion of his 72nd birthday, ‘OBEC – Royal Thai Navy, Loyal to the King’, which was attended by Admiral Kamjorn Charoenkiat, Special Expert of the Royal Thai Navy, Rear Admiral Phanuphan Traiprasart, Commander of the Bangkok Naval Base, as well as senior executives of the Ministry of Education and the Office of the Basic Education Commission, such as Mr. Siripong Angkasakulkiat, Advisor to the Minister of Education, acting as Spokesperson of the Ministry of Education, Mr. Suthep Kaengsanthia, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Mr. Theer Phawangkanan, Deputy Secretary-General of the Basic Education Commission, Mr. Surin M
anprasong, Assistant Secretary-General of the Basic Education Commission, along with national artists, executives, teachers, lecturers, and students, at the Benchanarumit Auditorium, Royal Thai Army Radio and Television Station.

As this year 67 is an auspicious year for all Thai people, His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun will be 72 years old, the Ministry of Education sees this as a good opportunity for executives, teachers, students, and personnel under the ministry to have the opportunity to show their potential through the presentation of their work and Thainess through creative culture and Soft Power, which is an important policy that the government promotes. Importantly, this event is a gathering of Thai youth to organize activities to express their loyalty to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun on the occasion of his 72nd birthday. Students under the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) collaborated with the Royal Thai Navy Music School, a s
pecialized music institution under the Royal Thai Navy, which is responsible for providing education to children and youth at a level equivalent to basic education, organizing performances and demonstrating their potential in Thai music, international music, dance, Khon, Muay Thai, and short films.

This activity is a good opportunity for students, personnel under the Ministry of Education and students from the Royal Thai Navy Music School, which are representatives of Thai youth nationwide, totaling 1,150 people, to show their loyalty to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun. Today’s performances consist of Act 1: Preserving and Preserving; Act 2: Building on; and Act 3: Reigning with Justice for the Benefits of the People Forever.
