Hung yen: The Ministry of Public Security has initiated the construction of the PVF Stadium, a new 60,000-seat facility with a retractable roof, in Hung Yen province. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on October 19 and was attended by Party General Secretary To Lam along with several members of the Politburo.
