Hanoi: National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man attended a conference reviewing activities of the group of female deputies to the 15th NA in Hanoi on December 9 afternoon. Head of the group Nguyen Thuy Anh said that over nearly five years, female NA deputies, together with the legislature, have demonstrated strong political will, sharp intellect and compassion, making significant contributions to lawmaking, supervision and major decisions of the country.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the conference highlighted the vital role female legislators have played in the political landscape. Their active involvement in legislative processes and decision-making has been pivotal in shaping the country’s future and ensuring that diverse perspectives are represented in national policies.
