Hanoi: National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man paid tribute to late President Ho Chi Minh at House 67 inside the Presidential Palace complex in Hanoi on February 9 on the occasion of the 96th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (February 3, 1930 - 2026), and the Lunar New Year (Tet) Festival.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit by Chairman Tran Thanh Man is part of the commemorative activities to honor the legacy and contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, a central figure in Vietnam's history. House 67 holds historical significance as it was where President Ho Chi Minh spent his final days.
The tribute was part of a broader set of activities marking the CPV's founding anniversary, highlighting the continued importance of President Ho Chi Minh's leadership and vision in the party's history. The event also coincides with the Lunar New Year, a time of reflection and celebration across Vietnam.
