NA Chairman Visits, Presents Gifts to Disadvantaged Workers in An Giang

Hanoi: National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families and disadvantaged workers in the Mekong Delta province of An Giang on April 29. The visit was held on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975-2026) and the 140th anniversary of International Workers' Day (May 1, 1886-2026).

According to Vietnam News Agency, the initiative aims to recognize and support the contributions of workers and families who have faced hardships. Chairman Tran Thanh Man's visit underscores a continued commitment to social welfare and the well-being of citizens in the region.

The visit included the distribution of gifts, which were warmly received by the local community. This gesture is part of broader efforts to improve living conditions and provide support to those in need, particularly during significant historical anniversaries.
