Hanoi: Lawmakers on December 3 are looking into reports on the Government members, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court, the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy, and the State Auditor General’s implementation of the 14th and 15th National Assembly’s resolutions on specialised supervision and question-and-answer (Q and A) activities. In the afternoon on sitting, lawmakers are set to vote on the Law on the State of Emergency.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the focus of the review is on how effectively these key officials and government bodies have adhered to and executed the directives outlined in the National Assembly’s resolutions. The members of the Assembly are evaluating the performances in their respective areas of oversight and accountability, ensuring that they align with the objectives set forth in these critical legislative documents.
