Kuala lumpur: Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan attended the second plenary session and the closing ceremony of the 46th ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA-46) in Kuala Lumpur on September 20. These events marked the final activities of the AIPA-46, which was chaired by the Malaysian House of Representatives.
