Hanoi: Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly (NA) Nguyen Thi Thanh presented gifts to policy beneficiaries, children, and locals in Vinh Vien commune, Can Tho city on July 26. The event was part of the commemoration of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day, which is observed on July 27.
