Ninh binh: A working delegation of the National Assembly (NA) led by its Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Thanh visited and presented gifts to poor and disadvantaged households in the northern province of Ninh Binh on the occasion of the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tet) of the Horse.
