National Assembly Chairman Urges Renovation in Leadership, Working Style


Hanoi: National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man called for renovation in leadership, direction, management and working style while chairing a working session with standing members of the NA’s Committee for Cultural and Social Affairs in Hanoi on May 18 to direct key tasks for 2026 and the 2026-2031 term.



According to Vietnam News Agency, the session focused on setting priorities and devising strategies for the upcoming term. Chairman Man emphasized the necessity of adapting to new challenges and enhancing the effectiveness of the assembly’s operations. The meeting aimed to prepare for the evolving political and social landscape by ensuring that leadership and management practices are more dynamic and responsive.



Chairman Man highlighted the importance of these changes in achieving the committee’s objectives and maintaining its relevance in the face of future uncertainties. The session also included discussions on the integration of innovative approaches to meet the demands of the next term effectively.
