National Friendship Meeting Strengthens Vietnam-Russia People-to-People Ties

Hai Duong: The Vietnam-Russia Friendship Association (VRFA) convened its 17th national conference in Hai Duong city in the northern province of the same name on May 23 and 24, reaffirming the long-standing ties between the two nations and outlining new initiatives to deepen bilateral cooperation.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the conference brought together delegates from various sectors, emphasizing the importance of people-to-people diplomacy in enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation. The meeting agenda included discussions on cultural exchange programs, educational partnerships, and collaborative projects aimed at fostering closer relations between Vietnam and Russia.
