Hanoi: Vice Chairman of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilisation Tran Thanh Lam received a delegation from Cuba's Fidel Castro Ruz Centre led by its Director Dr Rene Gonzalez Barrios in Hanoi on May 20.
