Hanoi: The Party Committee of the National Assembly (NA) convened on December 21 to announce the Politburo’s decision to assign Nguyen Hong Dien to the NA Party Committee and its Standing Board. He will hold the position of Deputy Secretary for the 2020-2025 term. The event was attended by prominent figures including Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Politburo member, Secretary of the NA’s Committee, and Chairman of the NA Tran Thanh Man.
