Ninh Binh: In late October to early November each year, purple water lilies begin blooming on Nho Que River in the Tam Coc tourism area, Ninh Binh province. Visitors can enjoy a peaceful and poetic scenery of blooming water lily fields while paddling through the river.

According to Vietnam News Agency, visiting Ninh Binh province in November, tourists can also enjoy the festive activities of the Dong Giao – May Hoi 2024 event, which introduces the province’s culture and arts.
