Ninh Thuan: The south central province of Ninh Thuan is striving to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by June this year, demonstrating its commitment to improving living conditions for its vulnerable residents.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, the province targets 2,037 houses, with 1,473 in need of reconstruction and 565 in need of renovation, costing nearly 105 billion VND (4.13 million USD). Last year, the province spent over 61 billion VND on the construction and renovation of 823 houses for poor and near-poor households.
