“Noom-Gun-Boy” take dozens of victims to file a complaint.

Noom Kanchai – Kan Jom Phalang” took dozens of victims to file a complaint at the Crime Suppression Division. “Boy Pakorn” came out to take responsibility for society and filed a complaint against the company for fraud.

At 9:00 a.m. today (October 14), Mr. Kanthas Pongpaiboonwet or Kan Jom Phalang, Mr. Kanchai Kamnerdploy or Noom Kanchai, along with Mr. Pakorn Chatborirak or Boy Pakorn, brought dozens of victims from a famous network company to file a complaint at the Crime Suppression Division on Phahon Yothin Road.

By “Noom Kanchai” stated that today he brought victims from many places, many provinces where they are spread out to file a complaint. As for “Boy Pakorn”, after going on the show, he wanted to show his innocence and wanted to give an interview to the media. Since the incident, “Boy Pakorn” has not given an interview anywhere. “Boy” himself has collected victims by having them DM him via IG and has collected victims and sent them to him via Line. There were about 40 victims who contacted “Boy P
akorn” and there were many victims who went to file a complaint with “Gun Jom Phalang”.

Boy Pakorn gave an interview to the media saying that today he has 3 issues. The first issue is to bring the victims to file a complaint and report to the police. For victims who don’t know where to start, you can DM him. This is an announcement of his position that he will stand by the victims and want to take responsibility for what happened. He believes that he was used as a tool until there were victims. 2. He will come to give a statement as he said on the show that he is willing to enter the legal justice process. He has already coordinated with the police that he will come to give a statement today. 3. He will record a daily record about the company because he has to protect his rights and will take legal action against the company that did not tell him the real information, causing him to misunderstand and cause damage. As for taking legal action, he will have to talk to his lawyer again about what charges to pres
s. Initially, he will be charged with fraud and using his photos without permission, causing damage to the victims. He would like to clarify and emphasize that coming to file a complaint today does not erase and cannot erase what he did, whether he knew it or not, until there were victims. Initially, he will inform the company first and will see what other people can be charged with. However, the contract does not specify the script. It will specify the work part that he must cooperate very well. Normally, when working like this, the process on stage will have a script written as usual.

On the other hand, “Kan Jom Phalang” would like to tell the victims not to worry about being sued in return. If they have evidence, they should contact him.

As for the case of an audio clip that appears to be the voice of Mr. Woraratpol or Paul talking to a person claiming to be a politician, with the content of the conversation seeming to help with the case, “Noom Kanchai” stated that initially it has not been confirmed whe
ther it is a real voice or not. It must be investigated, but if it is a real voice, he would like Mr. Woraratpol to come out and clarify. He also believes that if the various matters become a social issue, there should be no agreement or help with the case.

After that, the three of them took the victim to file a complaint on the second floor of the Crime Suppression Division building immediately
