Hanoi: Vice Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly (NA) Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong received a delegation of the Committee on National Security at the Hungarian NA led by Committee Chairman Zoltan Sas in Hanoi on February 3.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting highlighted the importance of enhancing collaboration between the security committees of the two nations. The discussion centered around sharing experiences and strengthening legislative ties to address mutual security concerns.

The Vietnamese official emphasized the potential benefits of closer cooperation and reiterated Vietnam's commitment to fostering a strong partnership with Hungary. The Hungarian delegation expressed a similar interest in building robust relations to tackle regional and global security challenges effectively.
