Hanoi:President of the Republic of Panama José Raúl Mulino and his spouse, Maricel Cohen De Mulino, commenced their official visit to Vietnam, arriving in Hanoi on the afternoon of October 5.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit is set to last four days and is made at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam, alongside his spouse.
