Hanoi: A delegation of the Party Central Committee, the State President, the National Assembly, and the Government gathered on the morning of July 26 to honor fallen soldiers and pay respects at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs on Bac Son Street. This tribute was part of the observance of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, which marks the sacrifices made by countless soldiers since July 27, 1947. According to Vietnam News Agency, the leaders also laid wreaths at the mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh. The delegation included prominent figures such as Party General Secretary and State President To Lam, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, and Permanent Member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu. These acts of homage underscore the nation's enduring gratitude towards its martyrs and the late president.
