Hanoi: The third meeting of the 14th Party Central Committee began in Hanoi on July 20, chaired by Party General Secretary and State President To Lam. The session aims to address significant issues related to the implementation of the 14th National Party Congress's Resolution, focusing on topics such as Party building, the political system, and national development in the new stage.

According to Vietnam News Agency, prior to the opening session, members of the Party Central Committee paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh by laying a wreath at his mausoleum. They also honored fallen heroes by visiting the Martyrs' Memorial on Bac Son street.
