Hanoi: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam and his spouse Ngo Phuong Ly, accompanied by a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam, departed Hanoi on October 20 for a three-day official visit to Finland. This visit is being undertaken at the invitation of Finnish President Alexander Stubb.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit aims to enhance political and economic relations between Vietnam and Finland. The agenda is expected to include discussions on trade cooperation, technological exchange, and cultural ties.
