Party Chief Departs Hanoi for Finland to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

Hanoi: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam and his spouse Ngo Phuong Ly, accompanied by a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam, departed Hanoi on October 20 for a three-day official visit to Finland. This visit is being undertaken at the invitation of Finnish President Alexander Stubb.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit aims to enhance political and economic relations between Vietnam and Finland. The agenda is expected to include discussions on trade cooperation, technological exchange, and cultural ties. The delegation’s visit underscores Vietnam’s commitment to strengthening its international partnerships and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.

The Vietnamese delegation’s itinerary includes meetings with Finnish officials and industry leaders. They are also expected to participate in events that highlight the growing economic cooperation between the two nations.
