Hanoi: Party General Secretary To Lam attended a ceremony to mark the 65th anniversary of the People’s Procuracy (July 26, 1960 – 2025) in Hanoi on July 21, during which he hailed the sector’s role as a key pillar in reinforcing the socialist rule-of-law State. At the ceremony, which was connected to units across the Procuracy sector nationwide, General Secretary Lam presented the “Labour Hero” title to the Supreme People’s Procuracy.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the event was an opportunity to highlight the contributions of the People’s Procuracy in upholding justice and maintaining a civilised society. The People’s Procuracy has been pivotal in ensuring the legal framework supports the socialist principles of the State, playing a crucial role in legal oversight and maintaining public order.
