Hanoi: Party General Secretary To Lam met with General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith in Hanoi on October 25. The Lao top leader is in Vietnam to attend the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, known as the Hanoi Convention.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting between the two leaders emphasized the strengthening of bilateral relations and cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
